What is the "Thursday bag" or "Thursday folder?"
It really is a bag! – and it's filled with news and information about upcoming events, classroom news, permission slips, etc. You may elect to receive much of this information online with email updates.

What are "Spirit Days?"
Your child is encouraged to wear Atwater spiritwear or school colors (yellow and blue) to school.  New spiritwear is sold at most Atwater PTO-sponsored events.

What is "SEED?"
SEED is the acronym for Shorewood Excellence in Educational Development (Shorewood Education Foundation) that raises money and provides grants to the Shorewood School District.

What is "SAFE?"
SAFE is the acronym for Shorewood in Action For Education an organization that supports and lobbies for education policy.
